Cheryl Colvert

Two step granddaughters: Alli and Kenley they are Brandon and Nicole's children.
Since graduation I have been a Banker for 9 years, Data Processing for Banks for 5 years, returned to college at WTA&M to be certified to teach pre-K through 6th grade, taught for 11 years, then worked with Retirement annuities for 7 years. During these years also a Mary Kay Independent Consultant and started my own business Data Services.

I remember an amazing trip to San Antonio with the Spanish Club...I lost My Nilla's one night... what fun!!

I had the opportunity to go to New York City and Pennsylvania for an International Conference for Allied Youth. Also with Allied Youth ...the Lurkey Turkey Dance (sock hop in the gym) and the Loosey Goosey Dance in the commons area (girls asked the guys).

Going to state in Austin with the Volleyball Team. Another Volleyball trip coming home in a station wagon during a blizzard. We were following behind a snow plow or semi truck...my view in the front seat the whole trip home was "like a moving wall" with blowing snow in my face.

Freshman year at Tascosa High School I remember a long bus ride south to San Angela for a Speech Tournament. I read poems. One I read was "The House With Nobody in it". I made it pass the 2nd round.

Remember outstanding production that the Drama and Music departments put on of Fideler On The Roof.
